We are focused on quality and are currently working towards ISO9001 registration. We expect to complete ISO9001 and receive accreditation in the first half of 2012.
All machined parts are 100% inspected and tested for compliance using calibrated equipment in our dedicated QA area. Testing, certification and record keeping are individually tailored to match customer specifications and associated traceability and marking requirements such as serial and batch numbers.
Our QA area is fully enclosed and away from the main shop floor to ensure cleanliness and maximize accuracy and quality of end product. Units are regularly checked and parameters adjusted throughout the production run to deliver consistency across all units.
